There’s no doubt about it. McCain cannot win. His old policies and old solutions are not going to work against Barack Obama, and they are not going to work for America. Barack Obama promised to end dependence on Oil from the Middle East and invest 150 billion dollars in renewable sources of energy over the next ten years. Juan Williams and the rest of the self-hating sellouts on Faux news say they don’t know what that promise means because Barack if elected to two terms would only be president for eight years. Yet they say that the prosperity that was experienced under Bill Clinton’s Presidency is due to tax cuts put in place by Ronald Reagan. Now if that is not hypocrisy I don’t know what is. Due they think before they speak? No they don’t, because they are post-rational. They think that every American is stupid and not following whats going on in the news. They think they can say whatever they want, lie to us and that we all our going to just accept what they say. We Americans are not going to fall for the fear mongering. No McCain we are not all as stupid as you are and it pisses me off when you think that we are. We all didn’t finish at the bottom of our class. The next President of the United States told us tonight that he will give teachers higher salaries and also demand more from them. He will lower taxes for 95% of working americans and get rid of the tax loopholes and tax breaks for companies shipping jobs over seas. What is McSame going to say about outsourcing American jobs off-shore. NOTHING!! He thinks the economy is doing great under George Bush. He thinks that you are middle class if you make under 5 million dollars per year!!! Per Year people!! McSame is completely out of touch with the American people. America if you don’t want to turn your country into a Third World country then don’t vote against your own interests. Vote for change you can believe in! What a speech by Michelle Obama!!! There goes the elitist claim! There goes the claim that she is not Patriotic, or that she is different. Michelle Obama is a real person. To get to where they are, she and Barack Obama had to work hard. They weren’t born with silver spoons in there mouths. Things weren’t easy for them growing up. They had to persevere through adversity. Nothing came easy. She described her family life and really let you in on who she is and what she and Barack are all about. She’s had her character assassinated in the news over the course of this election, due to remarks she made about America. She said “for the first time in my adult life, I’m proud of my country .” People took this to mean that she doesn’t love her country. With her speech tonight she laid to rest all talk of her lack of pride in her country. Tonight she showed her true colors. So with that I repeat “Introducing our next First Lady….. MICHELLE OBAMA!!!”
Senator McCain’s campaign finally in my opinion has gone over the edge to accuse Senator Obama of playing the race card. When is campaign just finish airing an ad comparing Senator Obama with Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. I mean am I living in the twilight zone. McCain is so desperate he will do or say anything to get his poll numbers up and win in November. McCain’s surrogates taking shots at Obama saying he his presumptous, over confident, and arrogant. In my opinion you Republican nut jobs might as well call Senator Obama a nigger and get it out the way because you know that’s what you really want to say. Senator McCain’s descent into this low and ultra negative form of politics will ultimately fail if Americans aren’t stupid. McCain is losing his grip on reality as each day goes by. One thing I must express is if McCain is elected in November this country deserves whatever it gets, because I believe he will be way worst than Bush. So go ahead and elect in you fucking fools.
In the new poll by Newsweek magazine Senator McCain seems to have narrowed the gap between himself and Senator Obama. Senator Obama’s lead has been diminished from 15% to only 3%. How is this possible I ask myself, don’t Americans get it the Republicans ruined our country in the last eight years and people want to put another one in the presidency. I mean the economy is in crisis, we are fighting two wars, and the Republicans want to start a third with Iran. The fact that McCain his this close in the polls is not a referrendum on Senator Obama it’s prove of the supidity of the American people. I mean McCain’s top economic advisor Phil Gramm call Americans whiners the other day, when he is partial responsible for the oil crisis we are now facing. Gramm authored a bill when he was in the Senate to allow banks to put as much money as they want to into spectulating on commodities the so call Enron loopole. I mean wake up America , especially the middle class and working poor you should not be voting Republican period. If you are not rich you are voting against your economic interest when you vote Republican. The majority of Americans are poor so the fact that the polls are this close means a lot of people are thinking about voting against their most important interest and voting on social issues ,which in my opinion is dumb. VOTE MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS AND A BETTER ECONOMY, VOTE DEMOCRAT!!! STUPID!!!
I live in New York and the price of gas is getting ridicilous. I mean the cheapest gas I can get is $4.2 3 a gallon for regular unleaded. That is a crazy price for gas, and I don’t have the option of not driving because that’s what I do for a living. We live in Bushonomics times and speculators or running wild on Wall street. The country needs to regulate this market ASAP . Even the Saudis are blaming speculation for the rise of gas prices. In the last five years our consumption of oil has been reduced by 20% yet the price has quadtropled. What wrong with this picture?
I’m so tired of the other candidates in the presidential race before refering to Senator John McCAIN calling him an true American hero, please. From what I have read about Senator McCain he was shot down in his plane by the Vietcong and held as a prisoner of war, where he succomb to torture and admitted to false accusations to stop being tortured. That’s an American hero, one who failed in his mission by getting shot down by the enemy and then succombing to torture. No my friends that is not an hero, the heros are the boys who left their bodies and souls in Vietnam. The soldiers that didn’t get to come home alive the ones that came home in caskets are with limbs missing these are the true American hero.
In my humble opinion Senator Barack Obama is exactly what this country in which I love deseparately needs as President. This country needs a President that is honest and speaks the truth to his constituency. If it’s one thing Obama has proven is that he will tell the truth the people. Not like Bush or even President Clinton whose administrations were both broiled in controverscy over lies told to the public, although I have to admit no one died over Bill Clinton’s lies. This country needs a level headed leader who will think things out and not make rash decisions that will affect the country negatively like Bush’s war. John McCain has proven himself to be very ill tempered and less likely to try diplomacy when dealing with our country’s enemies. John McCain is a warmonger who wants to be in IRAQ for a 1000 years. So If you want your kids to be drafted vote for Senator McCain by all means, but if you want to leave a war we had no right starting in the first place you know who to vote for. Women if you want your right to choose to still be law you better vote OBAMA, Also if women want to have to right to sue for harrassment you better think about voting for Obama. You see these issues are just a few that will go forward to the US supreme court in the next president’s term,and undoubtably the next president will appoint at least one new supreme court judge. I know the Republican will say and do anything to demonize Obama, but this year we can’t make ugly divisive politics rule we must come together as one people to stop the madness that Bush started and McCain wants to continue indefinitely. In what was an inevitable occurrence and after the goal posts were pushed back, BARACK OBAMA IS THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE!!! The First Black Candidate on a Major Ticket!!! We just witnessed history!! What an awe inspiring speech. On a night when John McCain made one of the most boring speeches in History, and Hillary put her selfishness on full display. Sen. Barack Obama made and incredibly adrenaline filled speech. A PATRIOTIC speech. Obama showed his true colors. RED. WHITE AND BLUE. How can anyone still claim he hates America. He gave us a glimpse of a future that John McCain can’t paint. A future that includes the middle class and the poor, not just the rich. Described how we can repair our image abroad and make the country more secure. He appealed to the Clinton supporters and gave her credit, even though she refused to endorse him. All I have to say, is America its time for change, and like the late great Sam Cooke said “A Change Gon’ Come” Oh Yes It Will!!!
The DNC rules and bylaws commitee has ruled to seat all of FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN’S delegates at the convention with each delegate having one half vote. This moves the magic number to become the nominee up to 2118. Obama now has 2050 total delegates after tonight. Hillary’s representative at the DNC meeting reserved the right to bring the issue to the credentials commitee at the convention. I hope she doesn’t take that action. If Senator Clinton takes her frivilous fight to the convention she will divide the party in a way that I think it will never recover. Hillary fails to understand that just like she says the white working man is voting for her the black people are voting for Obama and no Democrat can win any election without the black vote. She has done a lot of damage to her reputation in the black community, with all her race bating and now sexist comments. Hillary must drop out after the last primaries on Tuesday and endorse Obama with great enthusiasm. In turn Obama must make her his vice president in my humble opinion that ticket would be unbeatable. I know a lot of Obama supporters will not want her on the ticket but I think at this point to unite the party Senator Obama has no choice if he wants to win in November. OBAMA/CLINTON 08 !!!!!!!!
I know that alot of Latin Americans won’t like this statement, but I’m going to make it anyway. We should not allow amnesty for the 12 or more million “Illegal” immigrants in this country. Yes I said “illegal immigrants.” The term “undocumented workers” should be left for the panderers to use. We should deport as many of the illegal immigrants as humanly possible. I don’t believe it’s America’s job to provide welfare to the world. The problem with the illegal immigrants is that they don’t want to assimilate. I have friends in Miami who tell me that Hispanics are shocked if you don’t know Spanish. They ask questions like how can you not know Spanish, this is Miami? What??? Last time I checked this was the United States of America, not Latin America. What if Germans came to America 12 million at a time and told us we needed to learn German, who would go for that? Or what if the French or Italians came here and told us we had to learn their language, would that fly? I don’t think so. You have people like telling us that we should have open borders and just let anybody in, but if we allow that to happen it would destroy this country. We the people need to take back the country.
